OlweAfrica Quantity Surveying Services CC is an Affirmative Entity that is geared towards offering professional services in range of Traditional Quantity Surveying, Feasibility Studies, Property Planning & Management -SAPOA, Construction &Project Management Services as well as Community Development Programmes. The Joint Venture between Aim qs and Olwe-Africa Quantity Surveying is an up and coming black owned practice with a potential of making a mark in the built environment and would be equal to the task and ready to respond to the challenges confronting the built environment.

OlweAfrica QS Services has the required skills, resources, experience and a proven capacity to identify requirements and to respond effectively to Clients and Community needs. The strength of this Practice lies in its ability to provide Clients with personalised partner service across a broad spectrum of projects.

The experience of the Principal Member encompass approximately 20 years in the construction industry and in this period the Principal Member has gained a wealth of experience in a wide range of projects incorporating Hotels, Educational Buildings, Community Centres, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Housing Projects , Community Halls, Crèches, Civil Related projects and Assessments.
